Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Termination does not absolve payment obligations for services already rendered.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Tanzania.
