Execution

We execute the engagement according to the agreed plan. This involves structured work sessions, deliverable development, progress reviews, and regular communication. We maintain professional standards and hold both parties accountable to agreed timelines and responsibilities. Our work is collaborative but disciplined.

Review

Upon completion, we conduct a final review to ensure all deliverables have been met and objectives have been achieved. We provide implementation guidance and support for transitioning from advisory to execution. We remain available for follow-up questions and ongoing support as needed.

What to Expect

Typical engagements range from 6 weeks to 6 months. Timelines depend on scope, complexity, and client readiness. We bill based on scope and value, not hourly rates. Fees are agreed upfront and outlined in the engagement proposal.
